Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with expertise in various software platforms to create, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in leading BIM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update 3D BIM models.
- Conduct clash detection and ensure model integration.
- Prepare construction documentation and visualizations.
- Collaborate effectively with design teams to uphold data integrity.
- Support the implementation of BIM and generate necessary reports.
