Job Description

Mind Mentors is excited to announce an opening for enthusiastic Junior Solar Sales Consultants to join our B2C appointment generation team in the Australian Solar industry. This full-time position is primarily voice-based, focusing on outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for both residential and business clients across Australia.

The key responsibilities of this role include engaging with clients to provide information about solar rebates, maintaining accurate records of calls, and consistently achieving sales targets.

We invite applicants with up to 1 year of experience in B2C/B2B voice processes, as well as motivated freshers with outstanding communication skills. The salary for this position ranges from ₹15,00 to ₹35,00 per month, with additional performance-based incentives offered.
