Job Description
Vishnu HR Solution is actively looking for a committed Residential Caretaker to manage a property located in New Alipore, Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include overseeing property maintenance, ensuring security, providing housekeeping support, and managing utility services. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar role and have a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Caretaker or House Supervisor (mandatory)
- Higher Secondary education (12th Grade or equivalent) (mandatory)
- Work location: In-person
The salary ranges from ₹25,00 to ₹35,00 per month, contingent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include a Provident Fund.
