The Documentation Officer will oversee the entire mobilization process and manage the essential documentation for candidates following their selection. This role includes the issuance of offer letters and ensuring a smooth deployment to the client’s country of operation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent coordination skills, strong documentation management capabilities, and effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Timely and compliant mobilization in accordance with both client and government requirements is crucial.
