Job Description
Astron Financial Advisors is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our revenue initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of effective marketing strategies and direct sales execution to develop a strong pipeline and successfully close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing (50%): Design integrated campaigns, oversee demand generation, and produce captivating content.
Sales (50%): Identify and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities while managing the complete sales cycle.
This position is based in both Delhi and Rishikesh, and candidates must be available to work from either location.

Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
