Job Description
ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer engagement efforts. In this role, you will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving customer inquiries, maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products, and accurately documenting all interactions in our CRM system.
