Job Description
Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd is looking for a qualified Network Administrator to oversee and enhance our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators such as network uptime, response times, and throughput, as well as tracking error rates and utilization to ensure peak performance.
Key responsibilities include managing security incidents, monitoring response times, and effectively addressing vulnerabilities by minimizing the mean time to detect (MTTD) and implementing patches. You will also be tasked with support and maintenance duties, including troubleshooting issues and managing support tickets.
We prioritize quality of service, making familiarity with latency, jitter, and customer satisfaction metrics essential for this role.
