Job Description
Dr Malik’s Prime Clinic is in search of a friendly, organized, and technically adept individual to elevate the patient experience. As a Clinic Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include gathering patient information, assisting clinicians, and providing support to patients during and after their appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate support to patients.
- Assist with clinic devices and technologies.
- Support clinicians during patient assessments.
- Manage clinic workflow and maintain patient records.
- Ensure clear and effective communication.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, technical confidence, and an empathetic nature. Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
