Job Description

Balsām- Cafe & Kitchen is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Hostess. As a Hostess, you will play a vital role in managing reservations, warmly greeting guests, and guiding them to their tables based on their preferences. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with large party bookings, enhancing customer service during peak hours, and keeping guests updated on recent events and announcements.

Qualified candidates must be proficient in both English and Hindi. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from ₹12,00.00 to ₹17,00.00 per month. Benefits include provided meals and paid time off. Please note that this position is an in-person role.
