MJ Sales and Services is on the lookout for enthusiastic Chat Support Executives to handle customer inquiries through live chat and email. In this role, you will provide accurate information, resolve customer issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of satisfaction, all without voice communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally via chat and email.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address and resolve issues.
Compensation: ₹15,500.00 – ₹20,500.00 per month

Requirements
