Job Description
Saroj Diagnostic Laboratory LLP is looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Executive to enhance and maintain strong customer relationships, effectively address client needs, and ensure overall satisfaction through proficient communication. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries, responding to queries in a prompt and professional manner. You will also resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction, while keeping detailed records of customer interactions.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess proven experience in customer service, and demonstrate strong communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
