Job Description
KV Institute of Management and Information Studies is seeking a dedicated Telecaller – Admissions. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing admission inquiries via telephone and offering essential information to prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential candidates.
- Address inquiries related to the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made.
- Assist in transforming inquiries into successful admissions.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members.
Eligibility: Candidates must hold a UG or PG degree, preferably an MBA, with 0-2 years of experience. We encourage applications from male candidates with strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
