Job Description
Wonderla Resorts is currently looking for a committed and responsible Steward to become a part of our dynamic team. As a Steward, your key responsibilities will include: arriving punctually in the appropriate attire, warmly greeting both staff and guests, and ensuring that all mise en place and mise en scène are properly maintained. You will also be responsible for checking all food and beverage outlets, presenting the menu to guests with a friendly smile, informing them about our specialties, and effectively upselling menu items. Excellent communication and assistance to guests are essential, in addition to the ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff.
