Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage daily financial transactions for our retail shop. This position involves ensuring accuracy and timely reporting in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform timely bank reconciliations for shop transactions.
- Oversee petty cash management with accurate documentation.
- Identify and address discrepancies related to short payments.
- Record financial transactions in ERP, maintaining precise cash balances.
- Ensure prompt clearance of cheques.
- Coordinate the arrangement and deposit of cash collections into the bank.
- Maintain adequate cash balance on-site at the shop.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹13,500.00 – ₹15,500.00 per month
