Job Description
Swiss Group India Pvt Ltd is in search of a committed Customer Service Assistant to facilitate timely product deliveries while maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the store and brand for service-related inquiries.
- Receive and escalate service watches to appropriate brands.
- Document service details for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Coordinate logistics for the transfer of service watches.
- Generate daily work reports for the Service Manager.

Compensation: Up to ₹20,00.00/month
