Job Description
We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Western Chef de Cuisine to spearhead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for crafting innovative dishes along with a robust background in Western cuisine.
Key responsibilities include menu design, kitchen staff management, ensuring food quality and presentation, as well as upholding hygiene standards. The Chef de Cuisine will also oversee inventory management and the procurement of supplies.
