Job Description
Location: Pune
Experience: Minimum of 1 Year
Employee Hub is actively looking for a driven and self-assured Customer Care Executive who can enhance client communication and support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct data entry and reporting using MS Excel.
- Support the sales and client servicing teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Exceptional spoken English and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; experience in Real Estate is a plus.
