Job Description
Bluemoon Construction is looking for a proactive and dedicated Accounts Receivable Caller, aged 20-30, to play a vital role in our revenue cycle management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to insurance companies for claims follow-up.
- Resolving issues related to denied or rejected claims.
- Communicating with patients regarding outstanding balances.
- Accurately documenting all call activities.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Generating reports on accounts receivable and claims status.
This full-time position offers a salary range of ₹29,103.88 to ₹35,032.24 per month, along with benefits, including a Provident Fund. This role requires in-person attendance at our office.
