Job Description
Hooghly Motors Pvt. Ltd., located in Purusattam Bati, Sugandha More, Chinsurah, Hooghly, is currently hiring a Female Purchase Officer for our procurement team. This full-time position involves managing purchase operations such as monitoring stock levels, preparing purchase invoices (PI) and purchase orders (PO), and negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track purchase orders and deliveries efficiently.
- Regularly monitor and report on stock levels.
- Accurately prepare PI and PO documents.
- Engage in negotiations with vendors regarding pricing and quality.
- Maintain comprehensive purchase documentation.
Requirements: Ideal candidates should have prior experience in procurement, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong attention to detail.
Salary: ₹11,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month, with benefits included.
