Job Description
ELIN Builders is seeking a dedicated Civil Draftsman to join our team in Kothaparambu, Thrissur, Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a variety of essential drawings, including architectural and engineering plans, landscape designs, interior layouts, construction blueprints, piping diagrams, and electrical schematics, along with conducting surveying and developing site plans.
Applicants should possess proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and SketchUp. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from ₹8,00 to ₹10,00 per month, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits including transportation allowance, accommodation, annual bonuses, insurance, and paid sick leave. A minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience is required.
