Job Description
We are actively seeking male candidates for the role of Call Center Executive based in Kalamassery. In this position, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. You will be expected to follow our established standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹13,00.00 to ₹20,00.00. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, vacation time, and contributions to a Provident Fund.
This role requires in-person attendance at our Kalamassery office.
Requirements
