This role involves effectively managing and nurturing leads through diligent tracking and prompt communication, thereby converting prospects into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and update incoming leads in real-time using our CRM system.
- Coordinate and facilitate timely demo sessions for clients.
- Track and manage follow-ups with potential clients.
- Initiate calls to existing leads to schedule consultations.
- Collect insights and feedback from the sales team.
