Job Description

Cognizant is seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-10 years of functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including a minimum of 2-3 successful implementations.

Key responsibilities encompass developing Fast formulas and overseeing implementations in various modules, including Talent Management, Global HR, Absence Management, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits.

Exceptional communication skills and a solid understanding of AIM/OUM methodologies are crucial for this role. Candidates with cloud certification are highly preferred.
