Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in a field position. As a member of our team, you will engage with clients by conducting visits and managing repayment collections.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum qualification of +2, aged up to 30 years, whether you are a fresher or have prior experience in microfinance. We offer a competitive remuneration package with unlimited incentive potential.
Your initial salary will be ₹12,00 for the first two months, escalating to ₹20,860 upon confirmation. This full-time, permanent position is based in Thiruvalla, with a monthly pay range of ₹18,00 to ₹22,00.
