Location: Pune (Hybrid: Work From Home & Field Work)
Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹25,00 per month + incentives

Key Responsibilities:
– Generate leads and drive conversions through cold sales, client meetings, and field activities.
– Establish and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations, while identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, preferably in real estate or coworking.
– Solid track record in cold calling or B2B sales.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
