Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound inquiries via phone and email.
• Counsel and assist prospective students on undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD, and medical programs.
• Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating our services.
• Conduct online demonstrations to ascertain customer needs.
• Leverage CRM tools to monitor progress and follow up with leads.
