Job Description
Mittalbooks is actively searching for a passionate Customer Relationship Executive to oversee customer lifecycle communications on major platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. Key responsibilities include the design and execution of comprehensive CRM campaigns through various channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
You will be responsible for analyzing customer data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction, and tracking key performance indicators such as repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value.
