Job Description
ONEWAY is seeking a skilled IT Executive to oversee and enhance our IT infrastructure across various locations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach, possess strong technical abilities, and be willing to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to systems, servers, and network connectivity.
- Install and configure IT equipment for operational efficiency.
- Manage data backup processes and ensure system security.
- Collaborate with vendors to procure IT services effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support roles.
