Job Description
Znap Empower is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to become part of our dynamic Customer Care Team. As an Inbound Customer Care Executive, you will serve as the face of our company, handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer calls and provide effective solutions.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints accurately.

Requirements: Completion of 12th grade or any degree, fluency in English and Tamil, ages 18-30, and willingness to work from Hyderabad.
