Job Description
Thirumala Roofings and Structurals is actively looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen client relationships in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management. Key responsibilities include managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout all projects.
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate robust client relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, facilitate effective communication between clients and internal departments, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred, at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and residency in Chennai.
