Job Description
TT Jewellery is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer information through outbound calls, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to verify customer details.
- Maintain data accuracy within our systems.
- Document the results of verification processes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
