Job Description
A2Z Institute is actively seeking a committed Booking Staff member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle client inquiries, manage bookings, and facilitate effective communication. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to client inquiries about services, availability, and pricing.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments while keeping accurate records.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Updating booking information within our database.
- Processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Proactively resolving any issues related to bookings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Entry-Level
Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month
