Job Description

ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD is looking for a committed Customer Support Executive to join our team in a non-voice process role. Key responsibilities include:

• Addressing customer inquiries about orders and products.
• Resolving complaints and offering effective solutions.
• Maintaining precise records in our CRM system.
• Escalating complex issues to senior support staff.
• Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Processing post-sales requests for returns or refunds.
• Gathering customer feedback to enhance service quality.
