Job Description
UNITED FINGOLD is actively looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing gold loan applications, addressing customer inquiries, and verifying the purity of gold. You will also play a crucial role in achieving sales targets while adhering to RBI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with understanding loan terms.
- Collect and verify KYC documents from customers.
- Assess the quality of gold and determine appropriate loan amounts.
- Generate and manage loan agreements efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of 10+2.
- Basic computer skills are required.
Salary: Starting from ₹15,00 per month.
