Job Summary: SDP & Associates is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our Accounts Team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and facilitating effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with banks regarding transactions.
- Provide clients with updates on payments.
- Support the internal accounts team as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and generate essential reports.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹17,00.00 – ₹18,00.00/month
