Job Description
Delights Marketing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our international voice process team in Kolkata (Saltlake). In this role, you will effectively engage with customers via phone, addressing their concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our system.
- Achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction.
Eligibility: Open to graduates and undergraduates, including both freshers and experienced candidates in customer support. Strong English communication and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹28,00 per month (in-hand).
