Job Description
Hyatt Regency Kochi is seeking a dedicated Chef de Cuisine to oversee our kitchen operations. In this role, you will ensure alignment with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards while maintaining excellence in guest, employee, and owner satisfaction.
We’re looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a prestigious hotel or restaurant, ideally within luxury international brands. A formal qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is preferred, along with a strong understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and proficiency in MS Office.
