Job Description
The Art of Living HR is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Admin & Facility Executive to manage a variety of administrative and facility management tasks. Primary responsibilities include vendor management, documentation maintenance, and logistics coordination.
In this position, you will oversee facility operations, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards within the workplace. You will also manage company vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a background in facility and vehicle management, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
