Job Description
Nodoos Tech Solutions Private Limited is currently looking for a committed Phone Banking Officer to manage customer interactions via phone. In this position, you will provide support for banking products and services, address customer inquiries and complaints, and actively promote bank offerings through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Deliver comprehensive information regarding banking products.
- Swiftly resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain precise customer records.
- Meet sales and call handling performance targets.
