Job Description
Rubrix Analytics is searching for a committed Customer Success Executive who will foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. This crucial position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction while facilitating business growth through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
- Assist customers in the onboarding process for our solutions.
- Work collaboratively to address and resolve customer issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
