Job Description
SoftFruit Solutions is on the lookout for a driven marketing executive to help enhance our innovative sports-related mobile application, the Playspots App. The ideal candidate will take on essential tasks such as confirming service bookings via phone, nurturing relationships with our current clients, and generating insightful monthly reports and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm service bookings through phone communication
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Compile and analyze monthly reports and analytics
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, and English is an advantage
