Shift: Day
Salary: Up to ₹20,00 per month + Annual Bonus
Requirements:
- Education: Any (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (required), Tamil (preferred)
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills in Hindi.
- Ability to engage with customers regarding PCB Board services.
- Proficiently update service requests in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with service personnel for complaint follow-ups.
