Job Description
Adissia Developers Pvt Ltd, a leading real estate firm based in Coimbatore, is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to elevate our customer service initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, ensuring an exceptional customer journey, and providing outstanding post-sales support.
Key responsibilities include answering calls, nurturing client relationships, facilitating property viewings, and addressing customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in English and Tamil are required, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹18,00 to ₹25,00, in addition to various benefits.
