Job Description:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to insurance inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Assist customers with policy details, renewals, and claims processing.
• Accurately maintain customer records.
• Promptly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
