Job Description
Fairy Tales Furniture and Interior Studio is looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to improve our sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Sales Closure: Streamlining the sales closure process and confirming customer approvals.
Production Management: Collaborating with vendors, managing documentation, and fostering strong vendor relationships.
Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to provide vital product information and enhance satisfaction.
