Shift Timing: Evening & Night (US Shift)
About Us: Meraki7 Inc. is looking for a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter with BPO/voice-outbound experience to establish a talent pipeline of US-based healthcare professionals (RNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare candidates.
- Screen candidates for licensure, experience, and availability.
- Manage interview scheduling and provide candidate feedback.
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in BPO or sales.
- Strong verbal English skills and ability to handle objections.
