Job Description
CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd., based in Chakan, Pune, is looking for a qualified Team Leader Production (Furnace). The successful candidate will possess a B.E. / B.Tech in Production or a related field, along with 13-15 years of pertinent experience.
Key responsibilities include achieving production targets, promoting continual improvement, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and fostering teamwork. Candidates must have experience in furnace operations and knowledge of ISO/IATF/OHSAS standards.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive annual salary ranging from ₹1,200,00.00 to ₹1,600,00.00.
