Job Description
Position Summary: The APAC Correspondent Lending Intern will play a vital role in reviewing closed loan file documents to ensure compliance with all approvals and regulations. This position entails verifying that loan data within the Loan Origination System (LOS) is consistent with the documents provided by correspondent lenders.
Job Functions and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include examining loan documents for completeness and accuracy, flagging any deficiencies with suspense conditions, and updating delivery data in the LOS. Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines will be advantageous.
Education / Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Work Schedule: Day shift.
