Job Description

LOUD Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking skilled Customer/Technical Support Executives to join our Telecom process in Mumbai. We welcome applications from undergraduates, including both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA, with a rotational work schedule of 18 hours (6:00 PM IST to 09:30 AM IST), 5 days a week.

Essential skills include excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency. Previous experience in live chat processes or customer service within the Telecom sector is highly desirable.
