Job Description

Shifastar is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to oversee various accounting functions, including data entry, monthly Profit and Loss statements, and balance sheet preparation. The primary responsibilities encompass precise data entry using Tally.ERP-9, processing invoices, executing payments, conducting bank reconciliations, and managing daily petty cash. The selected candidate will also generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, update debtor statements, and ensure the accurate posting of payments, particularly from government clients.

Requirements: Candidates must possess 4-5 years of experience with Tally.ERP-9, demonstrate proficiency in English and Hindi, be knowledgeable in MS Office, and exhibit a strong work ethic. Preference will be given to those with a background in lubrication equipment manufacturing.
